Doing the happy dance! This is the best I've felt in 10 years, and size wise, the smallest since mid-30's...and that was a long time ago! Dug out a fave sun dress that had been carefully packed away, and it's now almost too loose. Probably bought it 10 years ago, still in style and got mega compliments yesterday at church. Yippee!!!

WOW! You have done an amazing job on this plan, so proud of your success. I started at the same time as you did and I have not stayed committed to the plan and I am still where I was in March, stuck! I have appreciated watching your progress because I know that this plan works I just need to stay focused and committed to my goals. Thanks for being such an inspiration… I am looking to start up again and you are one of the reasons! Way to go!

Not done yet! Thanks everyone, support is SO important! BTW, there's also great info on the FF Forum site, and these two websites have become a daily habit for me to stay inspired.
