I've been eating under 1200 calories and exercising to show net calorie loss. Well my body sure is fighting to keep that extra winter storage. ugh Continuing on my plan. I've been drinking a glass of water with a tsp of apple cider vinegar before every meal. I signed up for unlimited hot yoga so I'll be going to yoga at least 3x a week!
142.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
