I cheated last night on sugar free candy. I ate some Atkins peanut butter cups, which I had budgeted for, but then I ate two more pieces of sugar free Russell Stover's candy. I just had a moment of weakness. My blood sugar was fine when I woke up, it was 108, which is the lowest it has been in the morning so far. Still, I am upset about the calories and fat. I can't believe I just popped those candies in my mouth like that. Well, actually I can believe it. Oh well, today I am going over on my calories for my diet calendar. Get back on the horse tomorrow.
