SITTIN IN RECLINER..goood sunday morning..sitting in recliner reflecting back on my weight release an how its not quite going as i thought it would..i no longer drop or release like i once did ..im sure riding the bike has caused the weight to quit coming off like it did in the beginning..building muscles instead of burning off flab an seeing the results i expected..its just so hard when your doing everything you can an the scales remain at the same weight all the time..yes i know ive done great..but it just no longer comes off like it once did..so today i decided to try a new approach..decided to add the protein back into my routine..before a ride..after a ride..an before bedtime..just to see if it helps..been drinking a protein shake for last few nights..sure have been doing alot of sweating at night..not sure whats causing that..just know my tshirt i wear at night is usually soaked around collar when i wake up from time to time..

got the prep done yesterday..even made bread..which i cut it in half an took part of it over to neighbors an gave them some..i like to share what i make with neighbors, friends that stop by..just anyone..yeap that would be me..recruiting ..trying to offer a better way of eating to anyone that wants to listen..have several friends that are listening enough that they are asking for recipes an starting to buy almond flour to make their own food up..biggest obsticle i hear..is the cost of eating healthier..guess i look at it differently..to me being healthier is more important then the cost..but when first starting to change over from unhealthy food to healthier food it is costly..once you change over..you dont really notice as much..or i dont anylonger..just have to shop around for the better deals..

planning to ride today..need to get a workout in..rained off an on most of the morning yesterday..weather man finally got his prediction right..

well getting close to have some GREEN TEA..this morning..thought id give the coffee a rest for a few days..or until i miss it..

ty april...for me journaling is my way of clearing my mind of the morning thoughts that come to me..a way of my supporters..to look at what im thinking an giving me there thoughts and ideas...

I don't know how accurate your food diary is, but I don't think it's possible to consume only 1000 calories and continue to weigh 275. A little self reflection first, then the usual suspects can be tackled: large portion sizes, snacks, seconds, desserts are all things that can be ditched to get the scale moving again. We want you to succeed!

just got back from a morning ride..15.4 mile ride...took 1 hour an 24 mins..winds out of west at 12..seemed worst..an 66 outside..was a cool ride..cooler then i expected when i left the house..almost turned around to get a jacket ..but kept riding..eventually being cold last of thoughts..the wind took number 1 on my thoughts...but i finished my ride..would of done more..but decided i did good..fore as windy as it was...
