WELL CRAPOLA...goood saturday morning...weather man finally got the forecast right..it finally did rain..took road bike off trainer last night..watch weather forecast regularly..to keep track of when them drops are gonna be fallin..weather man has been predicting rain for last 2 or 3 days..and hes been wrong..its been close or around us..but not us..so got tired of if an maybes..took bike off trainer..got lights charged an back on..this morning its raining..errrrr..all the technology of today..an they still cant tell the weather any better then me..an they get paid for it ..right or wrong...

got chicken in crock getting prep done again this morning..not sure if im gonna make bread today or not..kinda want to..kinda dont care..lol..

pouring outside right now..i almost went for a morning ride..cause radar didnt show any of whats falling..sure it was thundering an lightening earlier..but had stopped..an i was thinkin..i could do a short 15 or so...id a been soaked..

well lightening again..an thundering..coffee is gone..made fat bombs earlier an decided to add a scoop of protein in my mix just for a different taste along with the cherry extract..bombs should be set up in another hour or less..so guess il shut this off..get up an mabye put a long sleeve shirt on..take the chill out of the house..
