DRASTIC WEATHER CHANGE..goood monday morning..waking up to colder morning..was 68 yesterday morning when i woke up..today..52..not so happy about that but nothing i can do to change that..

did do a 15.4 mile ride yesterday morning..took an hour an 24 min..was a windy ride with the winds out of the west at 12..when i first started riding i thought about going back home an getting a jacket..but that thought soon left and fighting the wind became my number one thought..but i kept on riding an got my mileage in for the week..ending up with 82.4 miles for the week..have 1369 in miles for the year so far..not alot..but for me will beat last years ave of 1470 or so...

put cannondale road bike back on trainer last night..with cooler mornings this week decided no sense in riding outside until it warms back up again on friday..hated to put it back on trainer..but lest il be getting my rides in..instead of taking days off if i didnt have it to ride..the nice thing about having a trainer..best thing i bout for my bike..so will be zwifting later today.

well time to get up an turn the coffee pot on..make the bed..and get me ready for another day..need to go to walmart today for 3-4 things..seems like some weeks..my lists is really short..but usually when i do my food lists i often buy ahead..and that does cut down on what it costs for other weeks..

WELL MAKE THIS DAY AN ENJOYABLE DAY..THINK POSITIVE..

I have a trainer for my bike too but my seat is so uncomfortable. Can't afford to get a new one right now. I also hate the cold weather. I've been retired for four years but had moved to Rhode Island. Now I'm working to save money to go back home to Arizona. And I want to be in better shape when I go. Can't wait to ride my bike in the sunshine and on flat ground again. Two things they have very little of in Rhode Island! Hope everyone has a great day and a successful challenge.

Do you wear chamois..and do you use cream in them..that might help the in comfortable seat issue

Hope it's not that bad glen...maybe just a bad sprain...hope doctors visit goes good for wife and it's not broke
