Down 20%!

Woohoo!

Today I celebrated by getting botox between my eyebrows, a facial and some laser hair removal on my bikini line getting ready for our trip. That hurt! Man, did that hurt

Next time I need to take some strong drugs before I let her near me with that laser gun!

Happy Turkey day everyone!

189.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb. Still to go: 34.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow! You are doing an amazing job! I know that you feel great and look great! I had the hair under my arms lasered. It is not as painful the second time and hardly at all the 3rd and 4th!
