Bad girl today

Did a Pampered Chef Show where I made Jerk chicken nachos and Margaritas--the good kind.
With fresh lime juice, sugar, tequlla and triple sec.

And I had...2

and a sugar cookie.

I have been so good and have not wavered from the diet unless I planned it ahead of time.

This time of year is very difficult. I am in the festive mood, and I want to eat festive foods and especially drink festive drinks!

I only have a short time until I go to the Carribean! Why am I trying to fail after doing so well?

you are wanting to celebrate the fact that you have lost the weight...and alot of times, food is how we celebrate the good times...just get back on track and reward yourself a different way

You are doing fantastic...you have all the reason in the world to relax and treat yourself, just watch your portion sizes and you will be just fine! Have fun and enjoy yourself, you deserve it so much!

The one bad thing about setting a weight loss goal for an "event" is that as it gets closer, depending on your progress so far you either a) say I've done so well, just one this or that won't hurt or b) you're not close to your goal and you say what the hell, why not? My case is usually b! Anyway, you've done so well so far and you did deserve a treat, just don't backtrack and get right back to your new healthy eating habits.
