I really crashed and burned last night.
Last night will be the last of my night eating frenzy! I'm sctraching my head, thinking WTH?
I've started my week completely on the wrong foot. I have decided today will be completely different.
I will be promoted to orange belt tomorrow and I won't weigh in 'till Monday so I am going to make a complete turn-around and hopefully I will either break even, or lose half a pound.
Mentally, I think that I am trying to sabbotage. That is ending today, right?
