I have no clue what I weigh. I haven't weighed myself except two weeks ago at the doctors. That was depressing! But I know I've lost something since then so I am going to try to remember when I go to the gym this AM to weigh myself. I'd like to have lost something... I may have to adjust my original weight.

Keep in mind there are other ways to measure like a tape measure, or how your pants fit, etc. Also, how you feel is a way of measuring. THe scale is only part of the story. I weigh myself every day, but I have to keep in mind that it fluctuates naturally.
