So yesterday one of my clients said that I look like I've lost weight. Felt good! This is the beginning of my 6th week tracking and I am just now noticing some weight loss. Why is it so hard to lose once you cross the line of age 35? What a cruel joke! lol I have no clue what my actual weight is. Went to the doc two weeks ago today and I was up 9 lbs since my last visit in July. I dropped my calorie intake by 500cals and I think that is what did it. I also changed my workout routine. We'll see what the next 6 weeks bring.
