Your weight will go up and down. I try to make a habit of only weighing myself once a week, at the same time and wearing mostly the same thing. Mornings are best. Don't be discouraged and stay on track.

You are going to be fine....I suspect the tortilla chips are causing fluid retention...I know I seem to really react to some foods. Drink lots of water and flush out your system...hugs!
