I am alive at least! My life is a bit crazy right now so been unable or unwilling to do the stuff that's good for me-like coming here regularly. Will get back in the groove asap. Please pray or hope for good outcome for my big brother-second surgery tomorrow for aneurysm (sp). We expect a good outcome but are all scared sh@tless!

Been trying to be a good challenge participant and failing miserably-although am keeping to my goals of no wine during the week and walking to work (most days). God I ate a whole bag of peanut m and m's AND a bag of peppermint patties last week! I NEVER do that! Still recovering.

Gotta fly-will be back asap.

Just because I do not seem to be around much, does not mean I am not watching you AND you know who are! So NO SLACKING FS!
