1. Well...this sucks! I had a huge journal entry that this site just lost without saving a copy of it. bummer! :-( So, I guess I'll just do the short hand version...
2. Weight was down slightly again today :-) I now way less than I have in the last two years.
3. My blood glucose was up a little today at 111 mg/dL.
4. My blood pressure was 127/87 @ 79 bpm. My readings have been showing some improvement over the last week or so.
5. My keto level was a 41 this morning after two breath test. I'm not sure why I am getting such fluctuation in these reading each day. :-(
6. I failed at sleep last night.
355.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 105.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Also, it must be a great feeling to weight less than you have in the past few years. Way to go!

Stress, namely lack of sleep, brought out Team Cortisol, jacked up your insulin, messed the ketone level due to said stress and viola you have some mucked up numbers. A solid 8 hours of counting sheep and your blood glucose ought to improve as well as your ketone readings. Best of luck.

That used to happen to me like, once out of every five times. Annoying!!! I also copy my journal a few times if it gets lengthy. Nice job on the loss though!!
