2. Weight came back down today...still pushing to get below 350.0 pounds. My goal is to get there by the end of next week.
3. Blood Sugar was 108 mg/dL today. It seems to be coming back down slowly.
4. Blood pressure was 134/90 @ 84 bpm.
5. Keto was a 54 on the breath analyzer today.
356.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 106.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
