Well, that 1.4 lbs went back down quicker. Still 2 ozs more than I was a couple of days ago but that gives me hope that it will go much quicker. I had a grapefruit for breakfast this morning...am very confused over one thing. I know for a good balanced diet I need fruits, vegetables and protein. My problem is the carbs in fruit. This grapefruit was 26 carbs! Yikes!
My new job I'm getting will involve more walking...not so much while on the job but getting to the work site will include walking. That will help with my exercise anyway.
