I had an interview today at our normal lunchtime so lunch was a couple of hours late. I made this for lunch as a quick throw together: Ole Fat free Tortilla wrap 50 calories. Carbs 16 Fiber 11 protein 8 --canned 1/4 cup white chunk chicken 60 calories protein 12 --shredded lettuce , tomato, pickles, tbs Ranch dressing...it was sooooo good. 2 would have tasted great but we resisted the urge...we weren't hungry it was just good, which was our old eating habits trying to kick in.

By the way, I GOT THE JOB!!! I start May 12th at Dollywood in Pigeon Forge in Tickets and Guest services. It is only a seasonal part time but the supervisor told me if I was interested in going full time they'd try their best to oblige me.
