Expected this or more. Husband talked me into going to Chinese buffet...only thing I ate good for me was steamed fish and fruit...at lots and lots of bad food. :( But I'll consider it a cheat day and my goal today is be EXTREMELY diligent...maybe even fast today to make up for yesterday.
243.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 93.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
