SHORT AN SIMPLE..goood thursday morning..2 aleves an 3 fatbombs later yesterday i got my 23.2 mile ride inside on bike/trainer..was in the mood..just had to get leg to quit throbbing..should of took something when i was up at 2am yesterday morning an id a been ready to ride sooner..but it all worked out anyways..spent rest of day inside..outta sun..letting wind burn heal..hated to miss sun time..but thought it best to miss a day..rained and stormed later in the afternoon...

WELL ...sitting here an enjoying my coffee..off today from a bike workout so just gonna get the steps in for the day..and enjoy the sun if its warm enough..so...have a great day...

doing the happy dance..even though the scales keep showing the same numbers every day..when i went to put belt on today ...i could take it to the last hole i had in belt..so means inches are coming off once again as well..win win...
