TODAYS PLAN..goood wednesday morning..todays plan had been to get up at 330am an be on the bike/trainer at 430am..but once i got up an started moving around leg was hurting so bad i just decided to hopefully get a ride in later today..moved around took some aleves an put elastic support on it..its feeling alot better now..but just gonna take it easy an shoot for later this morning or this afternoon to get my ride..wont be long it will be decent enough to take off the trainer an get morning rides outside..looking forward to that..miss that morning air blowing past me..

rain is in forcast for today an tonight and again tomow...not sure if we will get any of it till it hits the ground...

did good on fat bombs yesterday ..stayed out of em better...but of course i got a wind burn instead..an on parts of my tummy thats not ever seen any tan cause it was always folded over an outta site..o the benefits of having lost weight in all the places that now show...lol..

since i didnt ride this morning..made muffins..added cinnamon to them..was reading yesterday that cinnamon is better for you then anyone thought..so been adding it into the muffin recipe i revised from ketokitchen..

well coffee is gone..muffin with egg an chicken was mmmmmmm good..time to get up an moving once again..get the ole steps up ..work off more of the flab that is gradually disappearing in all the right places...

3:30AM. That's so awesome. I want to get to the place where I don't need as much sleep. I still need 7 - 8 hours to function but at least I'm sleeping better then I used to. :-)

hehehe...i go to bed at 7am most nights cause im to tired to keep eyes open..when i lay down at night..i think im asleep before my head hits the pillow..
