I relaxed my focus about eating during a 3 day period of visiting and socializing Friday through Sunday. Even so, I tracked my intake and didn't throw caution to the wind completely. It's only Monday morning so the damage may not have settled in yet. I had a great time spending time with old friends and meeting new friends. I'm ready for the new week with renewed mindfulness of my diet, exercise and cravings.
203.7 lb Lost so far: 11.3 lb.    Still to go: 63.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
