Day 32 of new lifestyle, and although I splurged yesterday, I'm getting right on track. It was my one-month-and-counting celebration, and we got Indian food from one of our favorite restaurants in town. It was so worth it. Justification: I got the Tandoori chicken, so it had plenty of veggies and I ate the lean meat. Okay, okay. So, it's still not homemade so I have no clue how exactly it was prepared and how many calories exactly I consumed, but once again, worth it!
I'm still sick, and even worse, the cold has settled in my chest. It's awful, and I want the cough and the gross to go away!
On a good note-
My January wrap-up: Not a single drop of soda has been drunk Fast food- almost non-existent, faltered only once Had Starbucks only twice, as compared to my usual 3-5 times a week Didn't miss a single work out (going 4 times a week) Total lost is 14 pounds Lost a few inches here and there around hips, waist, thighs
