DAY THREE - DETERMINATION
Okay, so I'm fighting off a cold, and last night I wanted to just take a nap. Instead my husband informed me he had 3 minutes left on the treadmill then it was going to be my turn. Instead of throwing a pity party, I changed, and climbed up on the treadmill (TobyMac joined me) for 30 minutes of various heights and speeds. The beautiful (and motivating) part is the treadmill now sits facing the refrigerator - which has our visual goals on it. Not to mention next to a large mirror which doesn't disguise the bulging parts of my body. Just for fun I added 5lb ankle weights to remind myself how just adding a little bit of weight strains a body.

So why am I eating like a fool first thing? I'm sleepy. I'm tired. And I'm trying to stay awake. The fact that I'm NOT HUNGRY has NOTHING to do with it.

Here's hoping the Friday workday goes by fast! I need some rest time!!
