Switching up diets again...just feel like I need to. I either pulled a muscle in my chest this morning (it's possible) or something is going on in my chest area. Anxiety...I want no more part of it! Started working out again this morning. Told Allen to MAKE ME GET UP whether I really want to or not. LENT is fast approaching? What am I giving up for Lent? Giving up all my bad habits. It's a tall order, but doable with the strength of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ!

Also switching up the RDI. Suggested was 2100 for sedetary lifestyle. I sit at a desk for 7hrs 30 minutes 5x week. Opting for 1800. Will change to range of 1600 - 1800. May change daily or weekly depending on the need.
