Finally got the courage up to step on the scale! Praise God! I lost 5 pounds 😊 I pray that I keep losing. I'm still feeling sluggish an tired a lot, But I feel it will improve when some of this Weight is gone.
305.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 185.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks!!! I was quite shocked 😊 I'm just so glad that I'm losing. I feel like I've been on every diet under the sun and the only time I've had any luck was when I went to the doctor and got pills to help. I lost a lot of weight with the pills. Over 75 pounds, but as soon as I quit taking them I gained a whopping 90! I've got to change my lifestyle and quit thinking of this as a temporary diet. I have been terrified that I wouldn't lose an ounce. I'm glad that the scale has given me a little boost, but I don't want to step on it to often. I just want to feel better! This App and you guys encouraging me is helping me sooo much!!!

Congratulations on a great drop :) I see that several of your FS buddies are following some type of LCHF/Atkins meal plan. Are you also trying this? If you are I can recommend a few websites that might give you some good ideas and encouragement. Glad your liking it here, keep up the good work :)

I am actually on a Low Calorie diet. But I am also trying to cut out fried foods, breads and High Carb foods. I would still love to check out some websites if you would like to post them 😊 I like looking at what I might could do or Tweak to help me get healthier and feeling better! P.S. Thanks in advance!

I see you are open to different ways of eating...I eat low carb and use OKL for macros. This way helps preserve muscle while losing fat. Check it out if interested...they are on facebook. OKL Optimal Ketogenic Living

WHOOT WHOOT!!!!! I quit caffeine and started sleeping better. I also started taking Ashwagandha which de-stresses you and gives you energy. It's like HAKUNA MATATA in a bottle. LOL

I don't sleep well without caffeine - if I wake up in the night and can't sleep I get up - cup of coffee, 2 tramadol, 2 paracetamol and I'm off. The tablets without the coffee don't work.

My comment and Minitata's is a perfect example of how everyone's body work's differently and you have to find what works for YOU! We can't judge what other's eat based on what works for us. Let's build each other up instead of tearing each other down! :-)

Good Job. Never give up. We have a lot more power than we think we have. Its all about the attitude. We have had a lot of victories in our lives. But we tend to dwell on the failures. We must always remember that we are all winners. The only way we can loose is when we quit. our attitude determines our altitude.
