Weighed this morning. How can I already be Stuck? Ugh, not even one ounce lost! 😔
305.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 185.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

OP has lost 15 pounds in 23 days.....some people have a different definition of stuck then I do.

My feeling is if it​ wasn't a gain, It was a win. Today I'm not happy with my gain, but know I'm bloated and I've had the​ week from hell, so I'll just look past the gain and blame it on stress and water weight. There is no way I could have gained 3.5 pounds this week. Some days were over calorie count, but not many and not by much. So I will write down what the scale says and then ignore it for a week. Congratulations on your "no-gain" week.

I totally agree with Topher. I'm a big believer in weighing once a week.

Keep doing what you are doing! Not gaining is a win. Don't let the number on the scale make you give in to the temptation foods that are no longer in your diet. Water, water, water. I have a hard time drinking enough during the day but when I make myself stick to it, I always lose. Congrats on great week! Prayers for you to stay the course and a drop this week.
