I have seriously cut my calories today. I know I have gone over the net cars slightly 21 - but nevermind. I will continue to keep the calories down. This fat secret has really helped me enormously. Its fab! I only lost 1 lb this week but can't grumble as I lost 10 in the first week. I do expect it to rise a bit though to 2/3 a week for a few weeks .. I hope so.

Diet Calendar Entry for 03 February 2010:

Try not to go below 1500 calories. It tends to stall people on Atkins.
