I think I need to give up those coffees with cream. They are taking precious carbs away! An they just remind me of sugar which isn't a good thing and make me want to have an atkins bar which is also not good! AM having lunch made for me today. WHat a relief - an afternoon off not having to plan what to eat. She is me salmon with spinach so it'll be low carb and healthy to compensate for the calorific breakfast.
Off out with Natalie tonight and sod it I am having a glass of wine. If it slows down weight loss - so be it.

There's always heavy cream,(very low carb - unlike half and half), and what I just tried this week as it was on sale at the supermarket and REALLY is good is Coffee-Mate Sugar Free brand liquid creamers, the flavored like hazelnut, amaretto, etc. are really good. They almost taste like sugar and candy sort of they are that good. Tastes better than sugar to me and it has none! Be careful, the labels with the sugar free and the regular are almost the same! I'm going to have to limit them, even if I have them decaf...

WHAT IS heavy cream or half and half? I have never heard of either? I am in Uk and I buy single cream?
