I am back home after a brief stay in Sacramento for work. I tried to log in there and record everything but it wouldn't let me. Oh well, I was very cognizant of what I ate and getting my calories burned. The one thing I forgot to bring is water. The water there is so gross. We have a well and the taste is pure, I don't know what they put in their water but ick! So last night I was drinking water like crazy.
