I will not weigh myself everyday anymore. Im 200.8 and I will re weigh in two weeks and I want to see 193-195.

It's hard not to weigh in. I am resisting the urge to weigh in too. I'm gonna try for every week. I tend to flectuate a lot so i try and weigh early in the morning before i start my day. I also try and pick mondays because it's a good benchmark for me to see if I was able to keep it together over a weekend. I have kids, so I know the temptation of eating out with them. Stick to what you think will give you peace of mind.
