On a side note: does anyone platue for a day if they don't work out, I feel like I am at that point now, if I skip a day of working out nothing comes off, and I fersure am counting my calories and have decreased them to around 1000 a day, esp. so on days I dont have time to work out.
Okay, so last week was a little bit rocky, including sunday, I ate a ton, and had no desire to work out, I gained a bit of it back last night but I plan on doing a ton of cardio today and hopefully get back on track with school.
Ohh yeah, finally bought a tape measure today: so to date above belly button at highest point: 47 waist line:41 neck:14 right leg uppr: 24.5 right arm: 14 chest:42 w/ bra
