Ever wonder if it is a little too late to be putting in the effort? Lately, I have experienced some sharp random pains in my upper right arm, what feels like tendinitis in my left elbow, and the whole swelling thing in the legs....yeah. Is this what it is really like to get old???? I just know I do not feel right. I am going to the doctor tomorrow, so there's that. I only go when I'm really concerned about myself....and I'm there now.
