Well I didn't see the 220's this weekend but I sure saw it this morning! FABULOUS way to start off my week. I've kicked my ass in the gym for the past 5 days in a row! Today after work I am going to go get a pedicure, then I'll go to the gym once my pretty toenails dry. I wanna stay in the habit of working out everyday.

In the food department I didnt do so great yesterday. Had pepperoni pizza and oreo cookies for dinner... BUT I kept the portions very small still keeping my calories under my RDI--1 small slice of pizza and only 3 of the cookies. I blotted the grease off the pizza too(does that count for anything?) ...ok yeah I feel guilty about eating that junk--time to up the self control and eat healthier foods even when those people around me don't!
228.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't beat yourself up over the food. I think one piece of pizza is a perfect portion. If you can get some veggies on it even better. (then again what do I know except I love pizza lol) I feel you on self control though!. Umm 220's FANTASTIC, keeping up in the gym...FANTATIC!!! Watch your toesies, I've done that before and ruined my pedi LOL

Enjoy your pedicure, you deserve it. If you're eating healthy most of the time, a little break won't ruin your progress!!!

I <3 pedicures! They make me HAAAAAPPY! Great job at seeing the 220's! I cannot wait until I'm a bit farther away from the dreadful 300's!

A little cheating the diet here and there does the sole some good too! At the rate you're going, you'll have that laptop in no time!!!
