A bit slower this time than last, but still moving in the right direction. Past week was filled with dinners out, work, etc., and that I lost any at all is a happy way to end the week.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
