Did really well with my workout again today. Ran almost 2 miles without stopping. It makes me so happy to be able to see improvements in my endurance. It has been a long time without seeing vast improvements. This is great, it is like a switch flipped.
However, should try over the next few days to limit the amount of fat I eat. I am doing terrible today.
Oh well, at least I am able to see this and know that I must counter act it in the days to come.
I need to go over my quiche recipe and find a way to cut some calories/fat, because right now it is pretty terrible.
