So, I slept most of the day and got up around 2:15 pm. Apparently I was exhausted and needed the sleep. I did do 20 minutes of yoga. I only ate a snack then dinner because it was late in the afternoon (and I was stuffed after dinner).
Weight is still the same. Disappointed but not discouraged as I know this is normal (hormones, water retention, being on my feet for a solid 9 hrs/night, etc, etc).
Changing my diet has eased my stomach discomfort and bloating but still have irregularity issues. The only thing that works for me is Dr. Natura's Colonix and Kleri tea but unfortunately I'm out so I gulped down some Metamucil and several glasses of water.
Right now I have a headache and am tired so I'm going to snuggle up on the couch with my hubby and call it a night.
