I buy at Trader Joes' Pure Protein 35 Shake in can or 21 Vanilla in plastic bottle, vanilla, strawberry or chocolate, very good and come in handy.

I blend mine with ice and add vanilla and stuff, cuz' I'm a brat. But my kids still say it all tastes like chalk. What do they know? LOL

I sometimes mix the protein powder into some muesli along with some walnut powder. It improves the taste texture but kind of defeats the purpose of a high protein meal by adding carbs.

Wow, mine is simply just cocoa powder mix with hot water. Kind of holding back my cravings.

Sometimes I take n Atkins chocolate and mix half of it with about as much water and use it to curb my appetite. I save the other half for later. The shakes are too thick anyway. If I want something hot I microwave it for about 1 minute and 45 seconds. It makes great hot chocolate.

I tried the Publix sugar free hot cocoa which is low in calories and carbs, then I top it with some whipped cream which isn't too bad which was shocking to me. It is a good night snack or anytime I crave chocolate.
