Went to the gym today and two people commented on my changing shape. I'm so glad it is showing, because it's hard for me to see. It is nice when your efforts are noticed!

Yes, it is nice to be recognized. Sometimes this journey just doesn't feel "real" until someone outside sees the changes. Way to go. I'm here in AZ, too. :-)

Yes, I've lost a lot of weight, but can't really see it. Hubby took pictures the other week to show me the difference - but I still can't see it in a mirror. It is nice to hear though that you're changing shape
