Woke at 216.4, down 2.2 from yesterday. Attempted to eat eggs this morning and left the bacon alone. About a third of the eggs came back up. Nutritionist is telling me that there's no way I'm going to gain weight in here so I might as well eat what looks good. At this point that's not much! UPDATE: Slept a lot today. I could not keep down all of breakfast or lunch and didn't even try dinner. However, I did enjoy a few pears in fruit juice. Those stayed down! Got an IV drip today to weight shows a slight increase due to water content. But nice body fat drop. Overall, we are doing well. Next few days will be the test. I walked one mile tonight after my radio show but had to cart the IV with me! So no more speed walking!

When I was in hospital recently, the anti-nausea meds made me sky high. Was nice not to feel sick though, even if I was talking rubbish to everybody!

I think you will need that IV drip if you are tossing your cookies. I am glad you can still do your radio show from the hospital. Ought to be interesting. Ha Ha! Feel better.

Hi Bill, your positive attitude will go a long way. It's a helluva weight loss plan you're following, I wouldn't recommend it to any one :) Positive vibes, big hugs, I'm thinking about you daily and keeping you close in my heart.

Bill I actually like the hospital food when I was in for two weeks when I was age 31 (Sub Hemmorage Brain Bleed) Have been fine ever since. Been on blood pressures since then.. Now I am 48 and Healthy as a horse. I actually lost 10 pounds in the hospital. And I always thank the chef and told them how good the food was...LOL, they said they appreciated it and was glad I enjoyed the food. ;)

Oh good! I am so glad they had something that they could give you for the nausea. Motion sickness pills make me want to sleep too. Ha Ha!
