Jesus this is sickening. too lazy to work out and no ambition to do exercise. I know I can do it and I've held off the tidal wave so far but with a slow creep up. 36 pants are snug, and large shirts are snug. I refuse to buy bigger clothes. you people are an inspiration. now just if I could find my willpower, I left it somewhere......if I could just......find where the ##! $* I put it....
