today sucked like nothing ever......day #2 of major house hold sewer repairs. no water all day no access to toilets when i got home. husband got into a big fight w/ me because i dared to tell the repair man i really needed him to get the toilet in our bathroom working about the tinme my daughter in law said she couldn't wait any longer either and we were headed out to the grocery story to use the bathroom there they got the toilet working. by the time i ate i was so famished and stress out from having no privacy these past two days and tomorrow is not looking real good either . the city must approve the work when they inspect it could be any time between 730 am and 500 pm no water use then either fuck. anyway i over ate by 170 calories. not a huge amount but still. i think i was accurate. the only thing i'm not sure about is how many mini bits of think thin protein bites i had. i think i had 6 but i could have eaten a few more than that. i'm calling it 6. but it could have been 10. fuck it. then they have 12 tons of earth to dump back in the huge hole that is in my bathroom to fill up all the space the used the tunnel under the house. it will take a full day to refill that hole most likely no exaggeration. if they don't get it done tomorrow it will need to be finished on monday . fuck. i can;t take much more of this. and i will be stuck at home on monday w/ no car. will be in the shop. god help me. at least i worked out today no weights just 30 min on the bike but it was something i walked about 25 min fast as i could in the evening. have been doing well on diet up until today. didn't really lose any more yet. hope i did not gain. feeling very depressed. i screwed up and recorded todays calories on tomorrows date so i went ahead and recorded tomorrow's cal on today's date lol did not feel like deleting everything and starting over. fuck that

Not having running water sounds like a nightmare. I hope all goes well with the inspector. I noticed that you exercise and what you ate. You eat like a pro. I don't think you will have any problem reaching your goal here. It works and it's free. I think 145# is obtainable...

Oh, man. For what its worth, we keep an emergency "toilet" on hand -- a 5 gal bucket, with a toilet seat lid that snaps onto the bucket rim -- camping or emergencies. you cn find them at outdoor stores, or online. Sorry for your woes, ur dealing with it best you can.

With all of your stress it's no wonder you can't remember what you ate! Tomorrow is a new day. I hope your sewer problems are behind you quickly!
