decided to decrease my rdi to 1400 calorie a day :-( was not losing on 1600 even though i called myself sedentary (though i do some light/moderate exercise 30 min each day or close to it) but over all i'm not very active so i called it sedentary to be safe. fat secret says my rdi to lose 1 lb a week should be 1600 but i dropped it since i;ve not seen much measurable progress. its been real hard to keep it that low but i'm trying. 900 cal no way! my doc is crazy! i have to work at my job and perform (piano) and harpsichord regularly. i can't function on that low a cal intake. .....just can't. 1400 is hard enough. i'm calling my height 5.7 even though i am 5'9 but since i'm 59 years old i guess i can say i "shrunk" 2 inches or so do due disc compression etc.
