My mom joined the site today. I used this site two years ago, and lost 30 pounds in three months. While I kept it off for 1.5 years, I did put most of it back on over the last six months (sad to say). A bit of illness, combined with taking a month away from exercise after completing a marathon. I rejoined a month ago and I've already lost 7 pounds. Am so excited that mom joined, and I hope she finds success via this site!
