I ate 2 days worth of food today it looks like tomorrow I better get some serious exercise in and lots of salad. I really can tell that i over ate i do not feel well at all i guess i need to work on things when i eat out. I had lunch and dinner out today :( back on track tomorrow
so 2.5 miles one hour and 380 calories burned im feeling a little better about my day now
