Under ordinary circumstances I would be pleased with losing weight, but for the past couple days I have been fighting with a cold or some kind of upper respiratory infection and that has me a little worried that I'm dehydrated beyond what is normal (I'm not big on drinking enough water). It's throwing me off, but since I've been taking better care of myself than I ever have I'm thinking that it could be a lot worse. I expect I'll be putting on some weight as I start to feel better and I'm good with that.

That I have no change lately in my waist size is frustrating. I've stayed at around 42" for about a month now. I don't know what that means, but it just makes me more determined to get on with this diet. My goal is currently at 160 lb. but the ol' love handles aren't disappearing as readily as I had hoped, so when the time comes I will probably re-evaluate the situation and set the mark at around 150. I have a tiny frame, so it wouldn't be unreasonable. We'll see. For now, I promised myself a Nanaimo bar when I get to 160, and it's coming into focus now.
166.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
