Did a lot of physical labor the last few days and my appetite was through the roof! I felt like I could not get enough to eat. Didn't eat off plan, but I overdid the carbs anyway. Back into routine today. That is one good thing I can say about Mondays and going back to work. It is much easier to stay on track. Hope you all are ready for the week! Have a good one!
