It has been an intense three weeks, but I am back to losing weight that is "new weight" (not the weight I regained over holidays). Working out is really helping me remain focused, and my commitment to drinking more water and less soda is also a big plus. I am feeling better and the weight I am carrying around looks more toned - at least I feel that way! :)
198.2 lb Lost so far: 45.8 lb.    Still to go: 33.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
