Working my way up to 70 minutes of running on elliptical - that is the goal. Getting in my exercise during the day due to board meeting this evening. And we all know the way our minds work in the evening when we are tired and can talk ourselves out of the workout. Today was full body aka leg day - which running on elliptical covers all that.

Core Foundation and Mason Twist Challenge were challenging last night. Lots of Rice Krispies noises, but didn't strain my neck or push myself into an injury or strain - so let's just say there is definitely room for improvement.
