Business trip I wrote down what I ate. Hard to be on track when you aren't consulted in the restaurant choice....that and I drank alcoholic beverages. So much sodium. So much junk food. So much alcohol. Good thing the next 20 days starts today.

Added a new recipe today - Magic Minestrone Soup -- not sure where I found this recipe, but I should have no issues getting in my veggies!!

314 mg of sodium per 1 cup serving size. I put in half the salt. (it originally called for 1 tsp)
