Just realized how un-colorful my dinner was as I took the picture. Oh well. I've got leftover garlic cauliflower, boiled cabbage, and chicken breast cooked with peppers. Not bad seeing as I cooked two dinners at once, as my boyfriend wanted stroganoff for the third time this week. :P
